Making your Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards apart from American Express. We also accept postal orders via secure recorded delivery. The price for the goods will be as published on the website at the time of order, if the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we will contact you and inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to either cancel, or proceed with the order at the correct price. We reserve the right to make changes to offers or prices without any prior notice. All offers are subject to availability. We cannot accept responsibility if the details you provide us with are incorrect or if an incorrect order has been placed.

Shipping and Handling
Your order will be dispatched 3-5 working days of receipt of the order, if your order delivery date is critical please contact us in store either by mail or telephone to confirm availability and arrange priority shipping. We do not normally ship to outside of the UK or Channel Islands and Southern Ireland
Your Security and Credit Card Security
As a valued customer we have to the best of our abilities tried to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while using this site. If you do select to use our secure server option, you will be transferred to the secure server prior to your payment details being requested. The secure server uses 128 bit encryption and as such you can feel confident that your details cannot be intercepted by any third party at any point during the transaction. If you select to use our credit application facility your details are once again only transferred via a 128 bit encrypted connection. If you do not feel you want to use our secure ordering service please feel free to telephone your order to us - please have your card details to hand. Back Orders
If you place an order with us for an item we are temporarily out of stock we will attempt to deliver as soon as possible within 28 days - after this time you may cancel your order with us by contacting us by telephone or e mail.
If you wish to complain.
Any Complaints should be put in writing addressed to Mr P Williams at the shop address.
Internet Bicycle Orders
Please note that your new bicycle will arrive to you in a box. Prior to leaving our distribution centre, your bicycle has been assembled in accordance with manufacturers instructions by a Cytech qualified mechanic. However, in order to facilitate delivery to you, you will receive the bicycle reboxed and as a consequence, certain assembly needs to be completed by a qualified bicycle mechanic in order for the bike to be roadworthy and be covered by the warranty.
Returns
You have 7 working days within which to inform us of your intent to return any goods to us (at your expense) if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and change your mind after receiving your order and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price of the goods you are returning. Refund will be processed within 28 working days or immediately upon receipt of goods. We want you to be 100% satisfied with any product that you buy from us. Initially please contact us to let us know you are returning the goods. You will be liable for the cost of returning any goods to us. Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. If you receive incorrect goods where the fault is ours, we will cover the cost of returning the goods to us and the cost of sending correct replacement goods to you. All goods that we sell are covered by normal manufacturers warranty. If you feel that the item is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase, after first contacting us to let us know that you are returning it. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges. However, if the item is not found to be faulty, we will contact you immediately and inform you of this. If you require the product to be returned back to you, we will have to charge for carriage. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage and packing and you will be charged for postage on any replacement items we send out where the original mistake was not ours. Goods should be sent by a recorded/signed for and insured service and packaged suitably to prevent damage in transit. Liability for returned goods remains with you until the goods have been received in suitable condition.
Warranty Returns
In the unlikely event of you having a warranty claim, you have two options: 1) You can return the faulty item to us and then we send you a replacement or the repaired item 2) We can send you another item charged at the normal rate and wait for the faulty item to be returned to us and then we will issue a full refund. Please note that labour and postage costs are excluded from ALL warranty claims.
Damage In Transit
Please ensure that the goods are thoroughly checked before signing to confirm that you have received them in good condition. If this is not done, we will not be able to claim from the couriers on your behalf if they are at fault. If you have signed the delivery sheet it is accepted that the goods were received in good condition and we will not be able to claim at a later stage. Please do not sign as “unchecked”. If you find the item to be damaged on delivery, please do not sign for them and call us immediately stating reason for refusal of delivery. We will then arrange for a replacement item to be sent as soon as possible. There will be no additional charge for the replacement item, unless the item/s are found to be in good condition upon return. Please ensure that you keep all packaging until you are sure that you are happy with the item/s.
